KJA Joining Instructions

Online programmes

Induction training

1. The training programme will start everyday at 10.00 a.m.
2. The participants have to log on to the link provided by the Academy, by 9.30 a.m. positively.
3. The Academy insists on a dress code for the judicial officers and trainees. The dress code for ladies is saree of subdued colour and coat, and for gents pants, shirt of a subdued colour, coat and necktie. The coat can be of any colour.  
4. The trainees have to install "Google Chrome" in their laptops and use their ``G-Mail" account for the purpose of joining the training programme through 'Google Meet'. They shall also ensure that their full name is displayed in their profile in the personal information section.
5. The trainees have to check the camera focus, audio and camera range of their Laptop prior to the commencement of the programme.
6. The trainees shall keep their microphones muted until permitted to speak.
7. The video shall be kept 'ON' mode throughout the programme except during breaks.
8. The trainees have to avoid using Mobile phones and having tea/food during the training.

Other programmes

The participants shall:
1. log in, either from their office or residence, at least 15 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the programme,
2. install “Google Chrome” in their laptops and use their ``G-Mail” account for the purpose of joining the training programme through ‘Google Meet’. The official name and designation shall be displayed in the profile in the personal information section. The officer shall not log in from any other profile,
3. not be in casual wear,
4. ensure that there are no disturbances in the room from which they intend to join. It shall be ensured that there is no shadow on the face of the participant,
5. be seated before their gadgets facing the camera in such a way that they can be identified,
6. not use Mobile phones to log in unless permitted by the Academy,
7. check the camera focus, audio and camera range prior to the commencement of the programme,
8. keep their respective microphone muted until permitted to speak,
9. be present in the room except to assist the officer in taking any book(s) or attend to any technical issues,
10. be kept ‘ON’ , except during breaks and
11. be ready with the relevant statutes for reference.

JOeL ToT programme

The participants for JOeL training of trainers programme are given the following instructions for joining the programme:
1.The participants are requested to log in 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time using the link communicated by the Academy.
2.The participants shall attend the training from the place or places designated by the district judge concerned. As far as practicable, the district judge shall ensure that all the participants in nearby stations sit together for training.
3.The Principal District Judges and nodal officers concerned shall ensure presence of at least one District System Administrators (DSAs)/System Officers/System Assistants in each place so designated throughout the training sessions.
4.District System Administrators/System Officers/System Assistants shall not remain absent from the room where the participants are sitting without informing the academy at any time during the training sessions. District Judges shall give necessary instructions and ensure that the persons so appointed in the training sessions are not assigned any other duty during the training days.
5.The Support Training Group (STG) in the district concerned will install the CIS data of civil, criminal and appellate jurisdiction in the laptops of all State Level Master Trainers (SMTs) before the Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme and send a compliance report to the Academy at least a day before the training. 
6.All the participants shall bring their official laptops to the place of training and use the same to log in and participate in the training. Participants shall not use Mobile phones to log in unless permitted by the Academy.
7.The Officers are requested to install “Google Chrome” in their laptops, if not already installed, and use their ``G-Mail” account for the purpose of joining the training programme through ‘Google Meet’. The official name and designation shall be displayed in the profile in the personal information section. The officer shall not log in from any other profile.
8.The participants shall not be in casual wear.

13.Except the participants and the Support Training Group personnel, nobody else shall be present in the room.
The video shall be kept ‘ON , except during breaks.
